Man, that looks fun!Would love an old rigid ES2 one day.Are you going to do a build thread?I've found that re-chroming leaves a lot of residual flash rust on parts not getting all the attention, but is pretty easy to get rid of. Might just need a good shake with metal prep and the usual nuts and bolts inside with a hasty rust preventative treatment.
