Indeed, as I’ve argued before, we have lost the ability to agree to disagree.These days, if you say something that I disagree with, you’re not ‘that decent bloke who happens to have a different opinion to me’ instead you’re suddenly ‘racist, sexist, bigoted, facist, evil, nasty and need to be ridiculed, attacked, silenced’ etc.Its wrong.And it’s dangerous.
