been wanting to go to that for years. I thought I could go this year but I am stuck in Aruba on business . I came real close to being able to skip out by ytesterday and perhaps make it, it seems every year something pulls me away. Post some pics!!!

Wow, Aruba!

I was hoping that you'd see this thread. Oh well. Next time.

in the last year my life has been full of "next times".... It spissing me off lately. I keep telling myself that these trips will slow down etc but my teams so screwed up theres onlhy a few of us that can do the jobs. For a few years now every time I leave the weathers perfect, I miss stuff like motoclassica, hansen dam, motoGP, all kinds of cool stuff. Then my luck is when I get back the weathers trashed, rain, snow, or something crappy.

the destinations used to be a draw, now their a wash.

this time its aruba
limon
cartegena
grand cayman

Unless theres some Nortoneers out there in these areas!! Highly doubt it though :(

I do get to see some cool stuff

If all my electrons align, I'll be there. Was hoping to do the new exhaust headers (non-crossover, replacing the original crossovers on my 850), but I can't find anybody with the longer-thread early exhaust nuts. So I hope I fixed my leak with the old setup.

Was going to go, but went on a local ride around Chino instead. Glad I didnt go as got problem with oil leak from head that started up :(

Damn Jerry, you traded a ride through Carbon Canyon over the Hanson dam ride?? You are a odd duck. Sorry about your oil leak.you know I'm close if you need help. My friend Rich & I stopes by the Hanson show on our way up to Willow Springs for the Vara races. he just bought a hot rod GT Mustang so we stopes to see the bikes & then took the GT over Angelos Forest Hwy & chased some guys on Ducks. Both shows were great & Cheers to Bib for putting another great bike gig togeather, I didn't want to leave because every time I looked ten more amazing bikes were pulling in. Great show.

Sorry I missed ya. What do you guess, 500 people, 200 bikes?

The roads were thick with bikes; even after our two hour lunch in Aqua Dulce brit bikes going all directions.

handed out over 200 of ride buttons, and they ran out of them - and they were for only brit bikes i think 400-500 bikes total, bib was a little more optimistic - or had heat stroke

i actually wasn't to crazy about the ride - just to many bikes ( lots of pudding bowl guys or harley cruisers ) - was a good time though if you were rolling outside of the main drive time - no one went to the ER which is always a good thing - i helped in the judging for bikes at the end, and got Bib excited when i showed him i had written my norton down as best in each category (BSA, Triumph, Norton) on a duplicate judging form- ha, sometimes its so easy to wind him up
