Smiths speedometer drive with larger hole

Hi,

I was taking a bunch of the broken Speedo drives I've accumulated and trying to make a good one. I have one together but the top hat is a loose fit. The hole measures about 1/16" bigger than the other ones I have. I'm worried this one will bulge faster than the other ones. Any idea what this fits? Anybody run a drive where the top hat was a loose fit?

Does it have a number (BG???) stamped on the inner ring?

The ring gear and its retainer were missing.
