No, but I highly recommend Mark Bohman 513-367-6402 in Ohio..He gives forum members a discount and his work is excellent...His prices are also not to be beaten...He repairs magnetic and chronometric instruments and his service is great..It's really refreshing to add another honest person to the list of suppliers I deal with on these bikes..

If you are interested there is someone in Glendora CA, he does great work with a good turnaround time, he also does work for certain other companies that I will not mention here, I have had 2 sets of instruments rebuilt there, excellent quality, go to the source........Contact Tom Reha 626-485-1346

Has anyone on the board had experience with Nisonger in New York for speedo repair/ rebuilds??
Yes, I have. Great people to do business and awesome workmanship.

But, I am closer to them in Michigan. If time does not matter, it's worth shipping them across to get them done.

I had a bad experience with Nisonger and will never go back. My tach came back after repair with a red needle and they said that's the way they got it. Had to find and provide photos of my original and they suggested I doctored the photo. Had to raise my voice with them on the phone. Finally they made it right but the one guy there is an arrogant SOB, so never again.

I have never used Mark, but I plan to send him Smith gauges from my Austin Healey Sprite. I have heard very good things about him. My mechanic, Bill Atkins, in the Cincinnati area, also highly recommends him.

I have had good luck with Nisongers. Five guages rebuilt so far and no problems.

Mark charges about $175 per instrument with maximum number of repairs done...They look and work like new with a quick turn around time...

yes i've used Nisonger 3 times (6 instruments) - they've done instruments for my ducati and two Nortons - top quality work and recommended, but they do take a bit of time (30-45 days last time they did some for me) - no big deal if your not in a rush

i would not recommend foreign speedo in San Diego - they are horrible
