This is the scratch built 65/66/67/68/69/70 Triumph Bonneville I built as my 50th birthday present to myself, to go vintage roadracing in 2007. I was on the track at Texas World Speedway on my 50th birthday, 9/10/07, getting my racing license. So many great stories attached to this bike, when I raced in 2008 (11 of 19 races), I managed 5th out of 20 riders with the 3rd smallest-displacement bike on any of the grids (OHC Honda 400 Four, and DOHC Honda 450 Bomber being smaller). All the other guys had hopped up 750s, OHC Honda fours & Trident triples. Not too shabby[ATTACH=full]79084[/ATTACH]
