Ripple in seatpan

A small flat blade screwdriver can be used under the spikes of the clips
Once you have removed one you'll see how they work
Refitting the cover or fitting a new cover is the reverse,but you must keep the vinyl very taut and even
 
Suggest a replacement seat foam, I bought one from R K Leighton ~2 years ago. It is firmer than the original, and a good upgrade while the seat is apart. Can now do a 250m day in comfort.

Heat helps with this, hair dryer or a hot sunny day to get the cover warm, it will be easier to stretch and will stretch further. Do the middle first, then the ends and then divide between middle and ends and then divide again until all the clips are in place,
