Is that a Snuggie sitting in that oil pan next to the bike?

Yes, it's a Snuggie. Often times at night I'll to go out in the garage and cuddle with the Norton... sometimes I will sing it lullabies before bed... usually ones from Deep Purple or Steppenwolf.

You are also lying the level up against the tire.
3/32"? I have a laser level to check it. It may just be out by 3/64 ths

if it's enough for my eye to catch it starts bothering me.

Close one eye then.

Tire on square?

Well, here's the latest. I got the bike back from the guy who built the wheels. He said he moved the offset over so the wheel was positioned in the middle of the swing arm. Actually, it favors the right side by about an eighth of an inch now. My main concern though is the "cant" of the wheel. I set a level horizontal across the frame and shimmed the center stand till the bike sat level. Then I checked to see if the vertical axis of the wheel was plumb with the frame. The pictures show that the wheel is out by about 3/32 to the left over a distance of 2 feet. I can't figure out what would cause this or how it would be adjusted?

The wheel spins true by the way.

Tires are not completely symmetrical and I had one of the most HORRIFIC
events I survived by failing to pay attention to tire completely seated evenly with the indicator ridge. If blew out air and came off rim at 50+ mph just as I was cresting a hump dead on to suddenly have rear passing my hip so faster than I could think wiped the bars into straight steer reflexively so hard i broke off the stem stop and bend the bars into the IS tank and definitely would of hi sided into trees if NOT FOR THE EVER LOVING RUMP ROD and it minor front and top links. Talk about frame wrap up and release w/o rebound, OMG, in decreasing cycles till off road and slowed to put feet down. Put straight edge on the rim edges to remove tire from the equation. I have also had broken axles tip rear to ridiculous out of line yet had no issues what so ever at 90 or dicing in city traffic EXCEPT on first starting to roll and final last 3 mph to stop, then would act like a whip lash of flat tire ride out. In other words if every item as good as can be then you got it as good as can be and will not have any issues in handling or safety, unless you have a tri-linked Cdo then will notices one way low to hi sides easier than the other by a small amount.
