I have a question how to wire the warning light assimilator to the Podtronics regular/rectifier unit.
The wire that comes from the contact marked "AL" on the assimilator, where does it connect to ?
Is it the AC input from the alternator ? or the negative output wire of the regulator ?
I am confused here, please help.

You don't exactly wire the assimilator to the Podtronics.

AL = Alternator so connects to the stator green/yellow that also connects to one of the Podtronics yellow (AC) wires.
WL = Warning lamp
E = Earth (Ground)

The Podtronics negative is the black wire.

If the charge warning lamp continues to glow above idle then maybe consider fitting one of the battery monitor/LVS units instead.
