I have used belt driven supers, turbos, and positive displacement blowers. I would go with the positive displacement blower every time for the street because of the wide powerband. They are great if you are not looking for a lot of boost.  If high boost or mileage were a concern then I would go with a turbo.   Belt driven supers have too narrow a powerband for my liking. Jim
