I got my forks back from Maxton (great service) so set about the front end.


I had some of Matts cNw yokes on the shelf and a new clock bracket, and some simpler lighter clip ons (previous ones were complex 3 piece jobs), so had been wanting to strip the front end for a while. On track days this year I decided the whole suspension needed an upgrade. That provided the excuse I needed!


Much neater looking I think. Also allowed a long overdue tidying up of cables and hoses, I used to have it set up so I could change over from clip ons to Roadster, but I don’t do that anymore so could tidy things up properly.


Saved about 6lbs while I was at it too!


I added a steering damper as well, lovely hardware from Kenny at NYC Norton...

As stickers go, this was expensive !
