Looks like Norman White blue to me?

Worth at least 2 sec per lap they say!

Looking good Steve.
Not quite. Actually it is RAL 5015 Sky Blue. Part of me getting close to my RAFMSA racing roots! (I got 50 RAFMSA stickers made! Min order.)

The screen on this fairing is taller than the old one, so with the colour I can look forward to 3 sec per lap improvements.

I was limited on specific shade due to the need to supply gel coat colour to the fairing manufacturer (Ragged Edge Racing) (I also have another bike in the same colour!)

I am considering how to add the two works Norton '72 white stripes, but that may be overdoing it.

Norman told me the '72 bikes and subsequent replicas/restorations are in a Ford UK colour, I think it was Atlantic Blue, but certainly it was used on early Ford Escort RS2000s teamed with Olympic Blue.

Bought as a 2 Stroke Norton. Oil consumption similar to gas! ;)
New psitons, renew cylinders, valves done by Dieter Corders
Carb change from Mikuni VM34 to Amal 34mm Single Carb; since that time more reliable start behavior.
Gear box reworked due to kicker arm moved while driving.
After funny Boyer digital Ignition Box Tri-Spark ignition since that time no kick back at all.
With Boyer I feared to kick start.
Now assembled ALTON e-start since the age catch me up!
My friends called my Norton "Puppy" Because when we have a break many people ask about the Norton, age, etc.

Puppy? Life in the old dog yet!

The Mikuni must have been worn out!

Could be, but I'm so happy with MKII. Starts great, runs smooth, simple carb no stressful adjustment!
The Mikuni: Cold tricky but fired up after 2-3Kicks, Hot very realible start, 1 Kick, betwenn hot - cold, or Motor died direct after colkd start: A NIGHTMARE to restart! A nightmare!
I spend a lot of € and time for the setup but by the end of the day: I sold the Carb.
