Got this from another board, the whole household including the cat has signed up. Not sure if ex-pat goes back to 1776 or covers Europe
To those who don't know, our wonderful government in the UK set up a scheme
to whereby any vehicle over 25 years paid no road tax - currently 65 UKP
for a Commando. The two faced nice people rescinded on this pledge in 1998
and set the cut off at Jan 1st 1973 for eligibility. This petition is to
get them to reinstate their original promise.
