P11 Touring seat

For the up coming Norton Rally, I decided I needed a comfortable seat.
I had a spare seat.
removed cover, cut apart, purchased carpet padding at Lowes, also spray glue.
Had the job completed , today, on an emergency basis, by a professional upholsterer.
Feels pretty good, even over the rear hump, test ride tomorrow.

looks nice, but not comfortable.

Still looks good. For a more comfy ride, have you tried softer or taller dual rate shock springs. Usually short springs are pretty firm.

Found new P11 Matchless badges at Rally, so today I was a Matchless P11.
P11 is idling on bridge while I photo, cars waiting to cross!
