can any one direct me on where to find 1967 p11 frame specs and dimensions ;ours was a little cut up at some point and would like to rebuild to original specs.
 
NOPE , but ifits been ' Desert Sleded ' there may be some justification & reward for LEAVING IT ' Comp Set up ' . Lotta old bikesve been tuned & dialed in . nicely .
just because its not stock dont mean it aint better . If done well .

The first question which springs to mind is, can you obtain Reynolds 531 tubing for the repair? You need to find a stockist.

Second question, do you have the facilities for braze welding the joints using the appropriate jigs etc.? Home restorers usually don't and you should contact a frame builder.
A frame builder in the UK may be able to help out.

I think your best option in the US is to obtain a replacement frame, either complete or partially damaged. They do turn up from time to time.

If you need some frame checking measurements or dimensions, I am be able to help out. For complete details, I suggest you become a member of the AJS/M Owners Club.
They have the works drawing on file and may be willing to release a copy.

You can find out tubing dimensions yourself using a vernier caliper and an ultrasonic thickness gauge (remove paint first).
