After removing the 3 hex screws on the cover, what is the best way you've found to disassemble the hub in order to replace the cush rubbers?

With the clutch hub still on the bike, take a driven plate and weld/bolt a long steel bar or tube for a handle. Use this to turn the clutch hub while applying the brake. This will compress the large rubbers and you can "pick" out the small ones. Once the small ones are removed the large ones are easy to remove.

Thanks fellas, will try these methods. First I need to get the cover off as it seems stuck.
