Depends on what you're using for an air filter now. With the current stock Amals, I use the K&N filter. I drilled a hole in the center of the back of the filter and used a kitchen sink rinser hose with the plastic tip into the filter. It even looks a little high tech with the webbing visible through the clear vinyl. Been like that for decades, so no ill effects with inhaling the oil fumes into both carbs. I do also run the breather check valve to ensure positive vent pressure from the timing side into the tank. You do need to be careful with the tank fill level to prevent liquid oil from traveling with the fumes. Maybe a puke can is a simpler solution, but you need to remember to check and empty it.
