Norton owner Club in the UK

Has anyone else had problems with this NOC when purchasing parts? Don't want to bash them needlessly but I ordered $800 worth of parts in October. The tracking number did not work. When I contacted them , they agreed that the number didn't work and to contact Neil. The response was to have patients it would arrive. They couldn't tell me where the parts were possibly Customs. Nothing arrived by December and no real communication from NOC, although I contacted them several times. I filed for refund thru PayPal for lack of delivery. Waiting on the process. I still needed other parts they had in stock. Asked my wife what she thought of ordering from theses people again. Since Pay Pal hasn't flagged them the answer was yes. Saturday I ordered $120 worth of parts, they confirmed receiving, order was being shipped on Tuesday, here is you tracking number. Guess what, it claims no information is available. Is it that I'm just struck or have others had similar experiences?

I've never had any problems with orders from the NOC other than the delivery is a little slower than from RGM, but I am in the UK so don't have any customs issues.

International shipping is a mess at the moment. Not NOC but i've had orders where the tracking number tells you then same vague thing for ages then something suddenly arrives and the tracking updates the day after to let you know it has been delivered.

I have been getting my An orders in 5-7 days but NOC is quit a different story. I like to support Norton clubs and they are the one that has older Norton parts, BUT?!?!?!?!?

Nothing but praise for the price & the description of second hand parts I've got from the club. And yes customs etc is up shit creek without a paddle (you can invent your own final price when bringing things in from the States) but 2 months with no clear update is poor. We have a service with tracking that just tells you your order has been collected??. & then states it will tell you when it's near to be delivered!! And you hear nothing until 48 hours before.
