Hello everyone,
I have now taken over the Norton factory log in. as the International Aftersales Manager most of the topic's are more relevant to me, please feel free to PM me if i can help in anyway. i have been working on all manor of bikes for over 30 years, and have been reading the post's with interest.

Kev

Hi Kev,
Great to have your services,
Regards,
AL .... ( Cafe Racer owner for 5 yrs now... n still lovin it ! )

Does that mean Simon has left?

He seems to have been there a while, so going by the norm there, he can't have long left....

So says the man whose nine word critique is missing two apostrophes, a complete word and a period!

If he knows the bike and looks after customers, spelling won't be an issue.

HEY, don't mess with Kev, after three years of trying, WE finally have someone who responds and gets results. These Android keyboards suck mister rivet counter spell check Jack's with me every time every I use someone's nkckname. And it's messing with me now.
And beside her probably was to the manor borne, he's in a castle now !

Thanks Kev and welcome to the forum. If there is anything I can help you with, here at the forum, please let me know. I am going to upgrade your account to VIP free of charge, in case you need to post photos and to give you more options. I am also sticking this thread for a few weeks, so others can see you are here.

I am not a 961 owner but I have read Richards earlier posts and he is obviously still ticked off and it is too late to sort his problems.

On Sunday I was speaking to a fellow club member who has had a few issues with his and I said to him about the many upgrades that were being done across the pond by Richard and his father through CNW . So hopefully with better factory communication guys like him can enjoy their new commandos and not be left with a nasty taste like Richard . With thirty years in the trade Kev must be doing something right and it's good to get a bit of positivity to owners from the factory. Might nip up to Saltire myself for a wee shot........when I went last year the 961 wouldn't start.

thank you Jerry, and thank you all for the welcome, spelling may not be my strong point, but Bikes are, so happy to help

Hi Kevin.

I appreciate your taking the reins. Is Callum Doyle still the person to email for parts? I didn't get a reply. My sprocket dampers are shot and need a new set. Thanks.

Curtis

He did, Kevin. Thank you for your reply. Between him and Valerie, service was excellent. I'll probably get my parts here in NY in 4 to 5 days as usual. Now, don't know if you are allowed to disclose this so I understand if you don't, are those the same dampeners used in the Aprilia rsv4 and Tuono? If so, if this happens again, I could save a substantial amount of cash given the exchange rate and shipping.
