My Lord that is a lot of money! I am glad I ordered my Sport and waited my turn. I hope that more of these 961's are sold so we can get some after market support.

Sure you can get spare parts from Norton, but TonyA is talking about after market parts from other accessory companies.
Right now other than SouthBay Norton, I don't know of any other company that makes an after market exhaust for the 961.

This will come in time, if the factory is able to sell enough bikes to create a reasonable user base of machines on the road.
A few hundred bikes on the road is probably not enough for manufacturers to start designing and manufacturing parts.
