Probably so, only atlas heads are spigot/ no spigot and low/high pressure oiler.
The factory 1x2 manifolds look fairly nice but are scarce as hen's teeth here in the USA.
The norvil ugly ones 069960 are around 54 GBP + shipping. Even that is very cheap compared to finding an original norton one on ebay.
