New Scam Alert

I just had my weirdest scam attempt phone call. My phone said International Caller - Ontario and it was not marked as spam. I have Canadian customers, so I answered, as always: "This is Greg Marsh". Bunch of strange noises and no one talking - normally means simply hand up but since it was Canada I again said "This is Greg Marsh." Then with echo, crackling and so on a probable Pakistan woman asked, "Am I speaking to Gregory?" I said "Who are You?". She said I'm calling you from Medicare about your plan. I said, "Hold on, my call trace is almost complete - no one calls from Canada to talk about Medicare!" She instantly hung up.insurance.

How stupid! to start with, Medicare is Govt. and they never call - they write. Even the parts controlled by Medicare and provided by private companies don't call if you're a existing customer - they write.
