What are the benefits to a billet cam for the Commando? Is this racing stuff? TIAHas anybody had success in having a billet camshaft manufactured from EN40 or similar?
Newman have been making Norton cams since well before 2002, when I last bought one of theirs.Newman Cams (UK).

I haven’t looked, but they refaced a set of followers for me at the same time, and looking on their website, they have been making cams for lots of vehicles for a long time, and I have never seen any adverse comments about the company. You can phone them and have a chat, as I did way back when.Thank You, looking for reliability.
Are there many reviews for these cams?
Yes they have Jan. I think many Brit bike owners are running Newman cams whether they know it or not as they supply all sorts of trade dealers etc.I haven’t looked, but they refaced a set of followers for me at the same time, and looking on their website, they have been making cams for lots of vehicles for a long time, and I have never seen any adverse comments about the company.
