Confession time. Went to NYC for a few days so visited the Queens Humpty-Dumpty showroom with the intention of gesticulating offensively through the windows at them until I saw a Breakout...

Hey dude can I get me one of them with an extra chrome and side of leather tassels? I quote - it will smoke the tyres in first and second and lift the front wheel in second. So long as a corner doesn't turn up to spoil the party I could have some real fun with one.
 
The Breakout has a certain appeal I agree, a mate has one and absolutely loves it. But the back tyre is just too fat for me, and I don’t like the MASSIVE difference between super fat rear and skinny front.

Personally I like the ‘40s inspired Softail Slim. But I reckon in terms of overall Hot-rod-ability, the 107 Street Bob probably noses ahead.

Anyway... change the subject... someone might hear us...

I think the breakout is a pretty hot bike, although fat rear tires are starting to go back out of style. Also, it's small. I'm thinking Fat Boy, pun intended, may be more suitable for me. Hate the rims though. Ultra Classic.....too much bike for 200 miles and less. I don't need all that crap. Yea...sorry....this is a Norton forum. Nuf said.
