I need your advices and help.
I had two old throttle cables for my Amal monoblock 389/689.
Since they was too old i have bought new (Andover n. 06.6084 that i know are for Amal concentrics https://www.classicbikepartscheshir...ple-carburettor-systems-amal-no-244-104-p4402 ).
Sorry but they have the wires too long compared to the old cables and so the sliders dont open n at aall the stroke.
So that seems that monoblocks have shorter throttle cable than concentrics or they cannot fit to the black plastick “junction box part n. 01.9824 ” and i need the brass one (https://www.discovolantemoto.co.uk/Stainless-steel-cable-junction-box-1-into-2 ).
Do you know who supply the shorter cables for monoblocks?
