CNW supplied me with a left handle bar fitting for a stem . Stock MK 111 , I want to retain the look , matching the R. Hand mirror . Threads are likely metric ?
The mirror is no problemo , seeing as it just tightens up to it ( narrow curved in at the bottom , chromed original stem ) . I'm in Toronto , Canada . Any stem sources ?

It's a CNW part , a L .H . bar ( cast steel ) clamp , threaded , to screw a mirror stem into it . It's a coarse larger thread . Today I tried an old Japanese mirror which threaded nicely into the CNW part with the larger threads . Yes it fits , but an ugly old mirror stem . Not the Norton part , which has a finer thread . I'm looking for a match with the R.H. stock MK111 mirror . I may have to go to a wrecker and scrounge about boxes of mirror stems . What are Japanese and Norton thread sizes please ?

Andover Norton sells mirror stems with thread size 3/8-UNF (24). It is a very close fit to the stem holders that Matt sells. By using the stem tightening nut and some blue Loctite, I was able to use the Andover supplied stems with the bar controls I bought from CNW.
