Planning to return to a local MK3 owners MK3 bike this W/E to get his sprag clutch replaced. While there last time, found the throttle twist grip stiff to turn and needed to be turned back to closed. He didn't mind it like this but that's just wrong IMHO. I tried to loosen the friction clamp adjustment (Numer 9 in the AN site schematic below) but it didn't want to unthread after loosening the set nut (Number 10) and didn't want ot risk damaging the slotted head. What is best procedure here, to disassemble the two cluster halves the get at the friction adjust from within?
