Mk3 simple questions

Guys. Two simple questions
1. Isn't there a wire clip thing that bolts to rh rocker cover and holds the tacho cable off the exhaust pipe? If so can someone tell me the part no? I cant find it.
2. The wire thing that stops the seat lifting too high - I can see where it might attach to seat base maybe via self tapping screw? Where should it attach to frame? Not obvious to me.

Seat strap attaches to the seat lock bracket on mine. I have a small 'riser plate' that raises the fixing point slightly..

I have nothing holding the tacho cable though...

No, I'd guess that what you could be thinking of is the wire guide for the rocker feed attached to the head steady rear stud.

The T160 has such a clip (attached to the rocker cover bolt but on the LH side) so maybe that's what you were thinking of?

Can’t see a tacho cable wire / bracket on this NOS ‘crate’ MK3…

Tacho cable - I guess I was imagining there should be a wire clip T160 style. I'll have to check the cable routing because it looks rather close to the exhaust

On my MK2a there is a heat shield on the tach cable near the exhaust.

AN do a version with a heat shield.

As well as the spiral heat shield the cable can be tied to the down tube so it doesn't touch the exhaust.

About 5mm clearance from the pipe.
