There's only a very slight lip at one part to catch . Will try gently with a heat. Thanks for that, Roy.

Got the answer by complete fluke last night ! Sitting at the bench with a can or 2 picked up a couple of sockets I hadn't put away . The second one went into the casing hole and caught the slightest of a lip on the bearing !! It worked. Work zone 19mm 3/8 drive. Unbelievable!!! Thanks to all. Ps put in new oil seal and it's too tight on the shaft. Ordered a different make to try. All good fun ! Roy. Ps, socket external diameter, 25.75mm. Internal diameter of bearing, 25.35mm . Pssst goes the next tin .
