Mikuni vm34 "choke" no help starting

it is spring here we will hit the 30' deg C & 40 deg C in due time. i will get a 240 next. now that i can get it run, we have to go through an out of province safety inspection, and can't get a plate until that is done, then i can actual put some miles on it
