1969 t100r, main bearing journals were micro polished, and now they are .0015 undersized. Considering using loctite 620 or similar to retain the inner races on the crank journals. Is this a viable option?

With all the different internal clearances available to make sure that the bearing works within a very tight tolerance, on a very important part, doing a very important thing, I'd vote no.

Losing .0015" is a lot of polishing. A bright and shiny finish is much less important than the dimension. It's nice to have both, but the dimension is the critical one.

After researching, the general consensus seems to be to not use the loctite. It will go back to Marine Crankshaft to get built up and re-ground.
