Hi guys,

Is there are nut on the LHS of rocker cover/banjo bolt?

Dealer said "all tightened and sealed up" but they did it so quickly I doubt they took off the oil baffle, tightened then resealed baffle with 'liquid metal' etc.
Seems just siliconed is more likely.

Unless the oil/breather baffle should have a welded nut in which caae my one doesnt.

I have a new cover from Norton but thought would ask before opening up.

A regular nut and if they touched it and it loosened, then the only option is to remove cover. If they read my manual they would know not to ever attempt to tighten or loosen that banjo. Good luck.

Yeah not sure if they touched it but they would need to tighten somehow to stop the leak.

LHS so behind the baffle.
Leaky rocker cover....again

I have a new cover and gasket so hopefully place and forget as would be some effort to remove the seal plus baffle and reset.

Hello , Maybe you can get a Rocker Cover that completely eliminates the banjos . Did you get the oil in air box mod ? Is that how the new 961's are shipping now ? No banjos , and the oil/air separator going from crankcase to air box directly . What year is your bike ?

Hi Tony,

2015 model.
No air box/oil mod beyond the catch bottle.

Would like it sorted but hard to be angry when I just look at this thing plus riding the Moto Morini a bit more :D
