This is all very confusing..I own a 2016 mk2 961.All I want is to be able to buy some parts when needed.To me this is corporate lawyer speak or gobbledygook. Can TVS just tell us what they are going to do for us Norton owners in plain English.They are gradually loosing their support base. If they alienate us who is going to buy their bikes?
