I want to bypass my kill switch. 1975 Mk3 w/ Pazon Altair EI and Podronics R/R. The Pazon has a purple, red and black wire. The Pazon instructions show the black wire going through the switch to the battery. If I wanted to keep the kill switch I would connect the black wire to the WY through the kill switch but I prefer to bypass it. Can I connect the black wire directly to a white wire at the harness to bypass the switch. Should it be a white wire from the ignition switch or does that even matter? Don't need a discussion about the merits of a kill switch but I'm not very good at wiring and appreciate any advise. Thanks!

Yes, according to the Altair diagram for positive earth/ground.

All white wires should extend from the ignition switch (terminal 2) so it can be any white.
