a good few years ago i helped a friend fit one of these motors in a Wasp moto Xsidecar outfit that had previousley powered by a Commando motor .They rode it overland from scotland to Kenya via Algeria and Aswan dam and shipped it back the motor was absolutely reliable and the only real problem was the fabricated fork yokes cracking after some harsh desert terrain ..these were oxy acetylene welded by a mechanic after a hitching a lift to the nearest village by an army convoy that patrolled the area every few days
