Welcome to the club, Gary. I had similar experience when I dropped mine. Due to confined space, had to use a hoist from rafters to pick it up. Similar damage to yours, but on right side. Also bent the handlebar. You might want to check that on yours. The alloy bar bends pretty easily. It's all good now, as I'm sure yours soon will be.Ken
