Hi, I am trying to find a pair of mounts , verier style , lots of "out of stock" coming up , can anyone let me know the difference between ,06-7116 vs 06-7337 which is the MK3 and the Pre MK3 , I have a 73 MK5 750 , can the MK3 be modified to the pre mk3 that i require ? or is it not worth the effort ? . I can get the rear ok , front is an issue to get, but when it come on stock, i can replace it . Cheers Vaughn.

IIRC you would need to machine the Isolastic mount width to fit Mk3 parts.
A bolt in kit would be easier.

Yeah i did look at those , thanks ,but i was looking for an Andover vernier brand because the rear would be andover, that's not there generic Pic and I think in one discussion, some rubbers are harder than others . Andover is out of stock of the 06-7337 and many others .

Personally, I prefer the Mk3 style, even though the Front mount has to be modified - a straight-forward job it you have access to a lathe, or a friend with a lathe. My reasoning - better access to the holes in the adjuster nut, and an overall stronger nut design.
