Is the 06-4711 starter gear needle bearing availble?

Is the 06-4711 MK3 starter gear needle bearing available USA locally ? Can it be replaced?

never mind, found one here in Iowa, the next question is, can I install it without messing it up?

I thought I would install a new one because as far as I see the thing is rolling around all the time the engine is running.
