Does anyone know where the indicator relay/flasher unit lives on the 2023+ models?
I have tried the search function to no avail.
I want to replace the 70s style indicators with some more aesthetically-pleasing LED items.
I have bought a LED relay, and presume that the old relay will need replacement to avoid hyper flashing.
I downloaded the old Euro 4 manual, and it shows the relay under the seat unit:

However, the new under seat layout is somewhat different:

If it lives under the fuel tank, I think I'll wait a bit.
Thanks!

Thanks, Stu - you're a star.
I have to admit that I've never seen the like before.
I did an internet search for its specification, and could find nothing with the keywords 05LBH or CNT2032 (printed on case).
It looks to be solid state, so I presume it'll work with LED indicators.

Does anyone know if this stock relay works ok with LED indicators ?

Can't remember tbh, what's written in it suggests not ie the wattages...but I don't recall fitting resistors to the led indicators at the factory.
You can get adjustable led two pin flasher relays for under a tenner in ebay though...plug and play

I assumed I would have to fit resistors with the Rizoma indicators - remember that was the advice provided on the forum also (I think). Not sure whether the bike relay is the same on Donnie and Solihull bikes though.

Went for these Rizoma items. Rizoma identify dash/clock indicator lights (present on the 961 of course) as reason why resistors ‘may’ be required. Seems to make sense just to fit them regardless.

I was looking for a wiring diagram earlier, and came across a Norton technical service bulletin regarding this, for euro 4 bikes. It seems that small 2 pin may not be up to the job. Instead they show upgrading it to a three pin, with an additional earth. I'll scan the bulletin tomorrow and put it up on here.
Btw, was it you who wanted some single seater foot control hangers?

This was the unit that Norton were using on the 961s running led indicators as standard. Wiring in the bulletin matches that of the eBay image. The earth wire just went to the m6 earth bolt.
I'm going to order one as I've got a Solihull bike coming in for led indicators to be fitted.

I just fitted LED indicators to my Brum 961.

I fitted resistors to the rear ones (lots of space under the seat) and none to the front ones.

Flashing and warning light are fine.

Indicators , my old notes from college years ago had to flash between 60 and 120 times a minute or they would fail an MOT.
May have changed so would be prudent to check.

The flashing rate hasn’t changed, as far as I can tell.
