The other day I was thinking about how to design the ideal british bike.Here's what I have so far. Triumph lower end with plunger oil pump, unit construction with 5 speed gearbox, BSA top end and head with enclosed push rods and easy access to rockers. Norton frame with isolastic mountings and disc brakes front and rear.
