How to remove P11 fork stantions from lower fork legs

Hello - I'm trying to remove my fork tubes/stantions from the lower fork legs but seems impossible. I can slide them up and down easily and yank on them but they just bounce back from the inner spring. How in the heck do I get them out? I assume I have to remove the top front fork bushing (#9 in diagram) but how? I don't see a circlip as with my Ceriani forks and am at a loss. Appreciate any feedback.

The cited Allen screws ( = fork stopper stud and nut on P11) are located in the crown (=lower triple tree).
