I pick up my new Himalayan tomorrow , will let you know what I think of it in a couple of weeks.
Will let you know, when I took one on a test ride it was pretty much what I expected. I didn't expect a fire breathing monster and I was right !Cool, I’ll be very interested in your thoughts on that Sam.
To get you stuck into the 'accessories' catalogueI’m really not sure why so many manufacturers get away with fitting such awful seats these days ?!?
To get you stuck into the 'accessories' catalogue
I guess your average Indian rider is a fair bit lighter than us and the seat is a fairly soft compound. I think it would be better with less 'give'Indeed, I get that’s why they do it… but I don’t get how / why the press and us punters allow them to get away with it ?!
HaHa, nothing from them. I did buy a new battery for it thoughYou’ve had the catalogue a month now Cliffa… what did you buy ??
Yes, that annoys me as well but I think all new motorcycles suffer from the same legislation. I just bought the Givi crash bars from them.HaHa, nothing from them. I did buy a new battery for it though
One think which is irritating is the fact that as soon as you switch on the ignition the lights are on, so if the battery is low it's bump time. I need to look into fitting a light switch.
