Has anyone seen or used one of these?

I have my doubts publicly (internally I'm thinking rubbish). This looks like that old chestnut of putting a resistor between the intake air temp sensor and ECU. Avoid!!! If not then please do a dyno run before and after. If it was that easy MOTEC, power commander etc would be out of business.
 
Wow over 25% of 961 owners have one of these yet none of us have heard of it! You can even buy one for years the bike wasn't even made. Must be magic. Send them your money quicky so you can get your shipping within 4 hours and give us a review on how great it is!
