Has anyone heard from Jim Comstock recently?

I picked up my head and barrel from Jim about a month ago. I had to wait a while but I am so glad I did. He does amazing work and the bike now runs perfectly. He contacted me as he was getting close to finishing the work. He was very busy with lots of work going on. He's a one man operation and we are lucky to have people like him to support our hobby.

I've installed several heads that JC has done the full rebuild and I'm impressed at how quiet they run and they all perform better than the two other machine shops I use. I would really like to know how he does it.

Other than his great spring kits and porting work, I think part of it is how he cuts his seats, which is different to a normal automotive cut.
