Yeah I’ve seen those in the US, but HD dealers over here (that I’ve seen at least) tend to not be any bigger than any other dealership in general.Even the Oxford one (home town of the European HD HQ) was basically a large business ‘unit’ next door to identically sized Ducati and Honda units run by the same retail group.
