Hello Folks.
New here and just bought a 2016 Norton Commando 961 MK2 Cafe racer.

Need best help to convert from clip on bars to raised handlebar. Clip-Ons is not my game.

Hello , and welcome . Others have done this and if memory serves you can drill your top fork triple clamp for handlebar mounts . If you can find an SF or Sport top clamp you can use that. Remembering that you have USD forks I think ? They use 10mm bolts with low heads on the OEM bar mounts . There should be lots of aftermarket to choose from. You will probably need longer brake , clutch lines , throttle cables etc. I can tell you that OEM sport throttle cables are long enough even with some more bar rise 1" to 1.5"~ .

Thank You. I found some Clip Ons which have the rising option, going to try them. Cannot find Top clamp anywhere and would not like to drill the existing so now in search for long lines.

I would caution you from using any of the current clip-on risers. Woodcraft, Apex, the eBay clones, etc, are in our opinion not safe. We have had customers that have done this only to find cracks at the fulcrum point because of (I hope I'm making sense) is the leverage over the up and out.

As Tony stated the best and cheapest method is drill for new mounts.

Also, try contacting ABM as they make numerous kits that might work for your needs
