Can anyone explain me what is Nortorious? Looks like 1/2 Harley engine with turn around head and rounded cylinder?

yeah, that's basically what it is, but everything is modified and hand built.

story on the bike describing the custom bits- which is basically the whole bike. engine, disc brakes, chromoly frame, etc...
