"Engine Honey" aka STP or Lucas oil treatment are rather thicker than 140 to stick around longer. Hi pressure gear oil additive package is way over kill for swing arm and not as good as thicker oil which sticks around longer. Chain oiler tap would work a treat but leave similar mess that makes everyone remove it from chain saving duty.

I have it in my swinging arm.
Also available in grease gun cartridge.
...or it has some of it the rest was lost when the dogshit chicom grease gun exploded. They
do mention that modern grease guns are too leaky for it as you need a proper oil gun.
NO KIDDING!
Oh and I tried it out on the bushes before I inserted them and it wicks right in as it should.

Crazy Oil.com carries GL1 140w for about $2.50 a quart. That's pretty much a lifetime supply.

I've such disdain and frustration with trying the various solutions and various thick yet still fluid lubes > I've broken my own rule in factory only Trixie guiltlessly as putting a repair tube under the early weak stem frames, I even tried a special type engine oil so thick it make STP or Lucas seem like heated engine oil flowing w/o much sticking left over [if you've ever tried to get STP off hands or tools you know its rather more sticky than 50 wt cold engine or even 140 gear lube] so STP might drip a drop an hour off a knife blade coated, this pre-start oil would not drip off a drop in like 24 hr!!! I got blasted big time by the hi end shop owner that gave me some - when I mistakenly called it grease, as it dam well felt as clotted jellified, He got angry with me, stating its was just a very viscos yet still fluid oil not grease with waxes or fibers. I put that in a tall 1/2 ID tube resivor tapped into the center bolt in custom perfect made and finished alloy racing cradle with new 850 swing arm o rings and bushes honed to ideal for the new over sized spindle, all was such a tight true fit I almost cried putting it together till suddenly all lined up and slipped right in cradle and spinde through. It completel leaked out hanging in cold winter under rathers with a big serious water condensing floor mess to clean up. I gave up right then, converted to greaser so never rode a mile since w/o being a real greaser.

Some have married thier child hood sweet hearts to live happy ever after and some few have perfect sealing clean maintenance free forever after swing arm reports too, just not likely me or you, so have at it till may end up in hobot camp for the longest term of lazy ways.
