The only back up bike I have is a 79 Bonnie T140D which I did ride twice this month against better judgment. The bone healed but the knee has quite a bit of pain yet. Electric start would be nice.

T140D.... my dream bike as a 15 year old.... Kool as kool can be.

Hello , I am back and have some things to share. The exhaust welding seems to be back on track and looks good. Notice the trans vent Norton is using in one of the images . There is now a one piece cat with much heavier bracket. We met up with Richard and had a great. more to come.

That is Richard Pearce and Katherine with his bike in Ramsgate England . The last image is me shaking hands with Josh Brookes at the IOM. We met him at a restaurant where we had dinner.
The last thing I wanted to mention is that there should be a rendering of the Norton 650 at the NEC show this November I was told. Also Norton is working on new maps for the new OMEX ECU and all Commandos will now be dual seats , All Commandos will have USD forks with Radial brakes and ABS. The CR will continue to have remote reservoir master cylinders like Domi.

Appreciate the feedback Tony, it must be great to get to the factory.
I look forward to the 650 being displayed. As someone with a sore back after a 3 day trip on my ES2 i hope the 650 has a forgiving riding position.
