German speaker wanted to assist with purchasing an item.

    So I see a grail item for sale on a German website and need help purchasing. I cant speak German nor have I a German phone number to continue with the purchase. Any one in Germany that can assist please message me.

    Thanks but my issue is that they require a German phone # to authenticate registration. I cant get around that.

    If you are just trying to purchase something online (basket / pay/ receive) you could probably put any German phone number including theirs. (unless a De postal address was needed also)

    I am willing to bet , if you phoned them there would be an English speaker available also.

    That’s a safe bet...

    Many Germans speak better English than many English !

    I worked for a German company for a few years, every time I went from the UK to visit the German headquarters all the meetings were held in English even if no non German speakers were present. There is bound to be an English speaker available unless its a really small company.

    This is what I'm up against. There is no way to change it to a non German phone #

    I'm gonna need a German and a German address to make it work. Doesn't seem I can fool them
